A new school year is almost upon us! On Thursday, August 9, Dodge County school children go back to class for another year of learning, discovery, and growth. We as a church want to support these students and their teachers and administrators with prayer! So, we’ll be offering again this year a blessing of the backpacks. This is a time when we’ll pray over the backpacks, the students, and the teachers and administrators as a part of our worship service.

Join us on Sunday, August 12, at either our 8:45 contemporary service in the Social Hall or our 11am traditional worship service in the Sanctuary. Bring your backpack!

And new this year, we’ll be giving out tags that you can put on your bag. They say that the bag has been prayed for, but they also have a place to write your name and contact information in case the bag is lost.
