On Mondays, we have begun our Lenten discipline of praying through scripture, an ancient prayer service called Lectio Divina. It takes about fifteen minutes and, during that time, rather than studying and discussion scripture, we hear a small reading and listen intently to God’s voice. Those who came on February 19 noted that it was simple, peaceful, and profound.
