On June 18, we began asking a simple, prayerful question, “Here we are, Lord, Eastman First; what’s your plan?”
Having a plan as a church means engaging together as a church in ministry opportunities. Throughout these first two weeks, I have learned of many excellent opportunities to get involved, whether here in Eastman, through our church, or with the district and Annual Conference. I have so much I want to share at moments, out of the overflow of my heart for the great ministry opportunities we have!
So, I’ll be using this blog to post about upcoming events, thoughts on my mind, and ministry opportunities to keep us all abreast of the many great things we can do together as a church! Bookmark the page, enter your email address to the right to get emails whenever I post, follow our twitter account or like our Facebook page, as posts will also show up there.
The question is, what’s your plan? What’s your plan for being involved here, for growing in Christ through engaging in ministry together? I hope you’ll use this as a resource to form that plan as we, together, seek God for our next faithful step as a church.
Peace,
Ted
Ted,
Love the blog and thank you for posting your sermon. It’s very refreshing to be able to read back over it and pick up things I may have missed. It’s a great way to communicate.
Great job!
